Every appointment booked online is displayed in your Vitomed (Vitodata) agenda. This happens within 1-3 minutes so that your Vitomed (Vitodata) agenda is always up to date. If required, the appointment booked online can be highlighted in color in your Vitomed (Vitodata) agenda or linked to a specific consultation reason in your Vitomed (Vitodata) agenda.
In a similar way, appointments that have already been made (by telephone) in your Vitomed (Vitodata) agenda can never be booked online. This ensures that patients can only book online appointments that are actually available.
With over 200 individual booking rules, you can restrict the basic availability of your Vitomed (Vitodata) agenda even more. Not everything that is available in your Vitomed (Vitodata) agenda must be bookable online. You define when and how patients are allowed to book appointments online.
