This is how real-time synchronization with your Google agenda works
Every appointment booked online is displayed in your Google agenda. This happens within 1-3 minutes so that your Google agenda is always up to date. If required, the appointment booked online can be highlighted in color in your Google agenda or linked to a specific consultation reason in your Google agenda.
In a similar way, appointments that have already been made (by telephone) in your Google agenda can never be booked online. This ensures that patients can only book online appointments that are actually available.
With over 200 individual booking rules, you can restrict the basic availability of your Google agenda even more. Not everything that is available in your Google agenda must be bookable online. You define when and how patients are allowed to book appointments online.

Since 2019, Medicosearch online appointment scheduling can be synchronized with a Google calendar. The patient data is transmitted anonymously so that the interface can be used in a more data-protective manner.
