This is how real-time synchronization with your CISTEC agenda works
Every appointment booked online is displayed in your CISTEC agenda. This happens within 1-3 minutes so that your CISTEC agenda is always up to date. If required, the appointment booked online can be highlighted in color in your CISTEC agenda or linked to a specific consultation reason in your CISTEC agenda.
In a similar way, appointments that have already been made (by telephone) in your CISTEC agenda can never be booked online. This ensures that patients can only book online appointments that are actually available.
With over 200 individual booking rules, you can restrict the basic availability of your CISTEC agenda even more. Not everything that is available in your CISTEC agenda must be bookable online. You define when and how patients are allowed to book appointments online.
