This is how real-time synchronization with your ProPharma agenda works
Every appointment booked online is displayed in your ProPharma agenda. This happens within 1-3 minutes so that your ProPharma agenda is always up to date. If required, the appointment booked online can be highlighted in color in your ProPharma agenda or linked to a specific consultation reason in your ProPharma agenda.
In a similar way, appointments that have already been made (by telephone) in your ProPharma agenda can never be booked online. This ensures that patients can only book online appointments that are actually available.
With over 200 individual booking rules, you can restrict the basic availability of your ProPharma agenda even more. Not everything that is available in your ProPharma agenda must be bookable online. You define when and how patients are allowed to book appointments online.

In 2020, ProPharma and Medicosearch entered into a partnership for two-way synchronization of the systems. Customer orientation, flexibility for special requirements as well as short decision-making processes are the cornerstones of ProPharma.
