This is how real-time synchronization with your triaMED agenda works
Every appointment booked online is displayed in your triaMED agenda. This happens within 1-3 minutes so that your triaMED agenda is always up to date. If required, the appointment booked online can be highlighted in color in your triaMED agenda or linked to a specific consultation reason in your triaMED agenda.
In a similar way, appointments that have already been made (by telephone) in your triaMED agenda can never be booked online. This ensures that patients can only book online appointments that are actually available.
With over 200 individual booking rules, you can restrict the basic availability of your triaMED agenda even more. Not everything that is available in your triaMED agenda must be bookable online. You define when and how patients are allowed to book appointments online.
About triaMED
In 2013 Galenica and Medicosearch entered into a partnership for two-way synchronization of the systems. TriaMED was taken over by Swisscom Health and will be gradually replaced by curaMED. However, the interface between Medicosearch and TriaMED can still be used without any problems.
