This is how real-time synchronization with your Axenita agenda works
Every appointment booked online is displayed in your Axenita agenda. This happens within 1-3 minutes so that your Axenita agenda is always up to date. If required, the appointment booked online can be highlighted in color in your Axenita agenda or linked to a specific consultation reason in your Axenita agenda.
In a similar way, appointments that have already been made (by telephone) in your Axenita agenda can never be booked online. This ensures that patients can only book online appointments that are actually available.
With over 200 individual booking rules, you can restrict the basic availability of your Axenita agenda even more. Not everything that is available in your Axenita agenda must be bookable online. You define when and how patients are allowed to book appointments online.
