If required, the appointment booked online can be highlighted in color in your MediOnline (Ärztekasse) agenda or linked to a specific consultation reason in your MediOnline (Ärztekasse) agenda.

In a similar way, appointments that have already been made (by telephone) in your MediOnline (Ärztekasse) agenda can never be booked online. This ensures that patients can only book online appointments that are actually available.

With over 200 individual booking rules, you can restrict the basic availability of your MediOnline (Ärztekasse) agenda even more. Not everything that is available in your MediOnline (Ärztekasse) agenda must be bookable online. You define when and how patients are allowed to book appointments online.
