Appointment booking directly from your website

The patient books their video consultation directly via your homepage. We provide you with a Javascript booking widget customized to your design. The widget is responsive, privacy secure and always state-of-the-art. If necessary, we will be happy to help you with the installation on your website.

The patient is prepared

The patient is automatically informed about the course of the video consultation and prepared accordingly. With an automated device check, we also check whether the patient is technically ready for MedicoVideo. This is how we ensure that a booked MedicoVideo can take place in any case.

The doctor initiates the video call

You initiate the video consultation at the booked time. You can see in advance whether the patient is ready for MedicoVideo. The connection is of course peer-to-peer encrypted. The function, which is specially designed for the medical field, facilitates communication between you and the patient.
