inkompetente Administrationsführung, mangelndes Sachverständnis was die Rechnungsabwicklung betrifft. Die Sachbearbeiterin behandelt Patienten abfällig wenn solche ihr nicht sympathisch erscheinen oder in ihren Augen die "Hilfe" ihres Brötchengebers verdienen! Achtung: wer anruft muss damit rechnen "angeschwindelt" zu werden.
