N'ayant pas pris le temps de tél. pour prendre un rdv avant la fin de l'année, la secrétaire dans un premier temps m'a informé qu'il n'y avait plus de place et que pour un rdv il fallait déjà le fixer pour le mois de janvier. Tout en discutant et plaisantant, elle a fini par trouver un créno horaire dans le mois de décembre, merci
