Sehr freundliches Personal.
Teilweise zu lange Wartezeiten am Telefon.
Bei Urinproben, muss man mit dem Becher vor den anderen Patienten laufen, da sich die Toilette direkt beim Wartezimmer befindet, ist nicht ganz angenehm.
