Die meisten Ärzte sind nur noch daran interessiert Symptome zu behandeln. Frau Kaiser ist eine sehr professionelle, kompetente und sympathische Ärztin. Man fühlt sich ernst genommen. Sie hört zu, macht sich viele Gedanken und versucht das Gesundheitsproblem herauszufinden.
