Ich wurde als Notfall eingeliefert und wurde sogleich behandelt. Die Behandlung war äussert professionell und immer unter Berücksichtigung des persönlichen Schamgefühls. Meine Fragen und Ängste wurden von Frau Dr. Reichert ernst genommen und für Patienten visuell verständlich erklärt und ausgeräumt.
