Eine richtig tolle Hausärztin
Frau Heilmann ist eine wunderbare Ärztin, die auf Augenhöhe mit mir (also ihrer Patientin) kommuniziert. Sozialkompetent, eine gute Kommunikatorin auch bei ernsteren Themen und immer mal wieder eine Prise Humor wenn's passt. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Herzlichen Dank
