Pessimo servizio

Abbiamo chiamato il pediatra in sostituzione del nostro pediatra di fiducia che risultava in ferie ma ci è stato negato un appuntamento siccome Dr. Roduit non era il sostituto ufficiale, indicandoci il pronto soccorso del ospedale civico. Questo nonostante avesse posto, infatti in un primo tempo era stato dato un appuntamento al volo, cancellato in seguito per non riempire l'agenda del dottore. Pessimo servizio!
