Unnötige Wartezeit
Die Wartezeit war in dem Sinne in Ordnung. Es hat mich gestört, dass man mich warten liess, obwohl ich die einzige Patientin war und der Arzt gerade in die Praxis gekommen ist. Ich war pünktlich zum vereinbarten Termin dort und augenscheinlich die erste Patientin.
